▶ポイント

・オリゴ転移は，広範囲に転移した状態と転移のない限局した癌の中間の状態とされ，一般に転移巣が1〜5個程度のみ存在する状態とされる．

・オリゴ転移に対する根治的制御を目的とした定位放射線治療が注目されている．

・再発オリゴ転移前立腺癌に対するmetastasis-directed therapyの第Ⅱ相試験の結果から，無増悪生存期間や無治療生存期間の延長が期待されている．
