▶ポイント

・非転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（M0 CRPC）の治療は患者にとって生命予後の延長やQOLの維持をもたらす．

・SPARTAN試験でM0 CRPCに対するアパルタミドの非転移生存と全生存期間の延長効果が証明された．

・アパルタミド投与時には日本人において特に皮疹の出現が多く，減量や休薬で対応する必要がある．
