過活動膀胱（OAB）

▶ポイント

・過活動膀胱（OAB）は尿意切迫感を必須症状とする症状症候群であり，確定診断名ではない点に注意が必要である．

・診断のポイントは，OAB症状を来す病態のうち，原疾患の治療を優先すべき疾患を鑑別することである．

・治療のポイントは，OAB治療薬の適正な使用に加え，難治性OABに対しては，本邦でも仙骨神経刺激療法や膀胱鏡下A型ボツリヌス毒素膀胱壁内注入手術が実施可能なことである．
