▶ポイント

・生薬系薬剤で尿排出障害を明らかに改善するエビデンスは不十分であり，強く推奨できない．

・α₁遮断薬への追加投与は，頻尿などの炎症症状を改善することが報告されており，今後さらなる検討が待たれる．
