▶ポイント

・ステロイド性抗アンドロゲン薬は，大規模臨床試験による長期投与の有効性や安全性に関する根拠に乏しく，性機能障害を惹起するテストステロンの低下が重要な問題である．

・性機能を加味した前立腺肥大症（BPH）治療では，PDE5阻害薬単独もしくはPDE5阻害薬と5α還元酵素阻害薬との併用が好ましい．
