▶ポイント

・超高齢化が進む透析患者の生命予後と健康余命を延長させるためには，サルコペニアやフレイルの対策が今後必須になる．

・その対策として近年注目されているのが，腎臓リハビリテーションである．

・腎臓リハビリテーションは，医師だけでなくコメディカルやスタッフが連携してチームで対応し，長期にわたって取り組むことが重要である．
