▶ポイント

・薬剤の開始後4週間以内に勃起不全（ED）が発症した場合，または治療開始と性的副作用の発症に強い時間的関係がある場合，EDは薬剤誘発性とみなされる．

・薬剤性EDを疑った場合は，薬剤の変更または中止を検討するが，変更・中止は困難な場合が多い．

・薬剤性EDに対して，硝酸薬との併用などの禁忌がない限りは，PDE5阻害薬の処方が推奨される．
