▶ポイント

・高度な膀胱頸部閉塞症や吻合部閉塞症は修復が困難なので，まずはこのような合併症を起こさないように手術や周術期管理を慎重に行う．

・軽度な閉塞症に対しては，内視鏡的切開をまず行ってもよい．

・内視鏡的切開で治癒しない場合や最初から高度な閉塞症例では，再建手術を考慮すべきではあるが，まずはエキスパートに相談する．修復できないこともある．
