▶ポイント

・特発性造精機能障害における精子形成障害の原因はさまざまであるが，各製剤の使い分けや併用方法，治療効果に関する研究はほとんど進んでいない．

・特発性造精機能障害に対する確立された薬物治療はなく，経験的な治療が行われることが多い．

・「男性不妊症」の病名で保険適用となっているビタミン類・サプリメント，漢方製剤はない．
