▶ポイント

・低ゴナドトロピン性性腺機能低下症に対するヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピン（hCG）と組換えヒト卵胞刺激ホルモン（r-hFSH）を用いたゴナドトロピン療法は，精子出現が期待できる治療法である．

・造精機能を刺激するクロミフェンクエン酸塩は，2022年4月より保険診療で用いることが可能となり，今後は処方数の増大が期待される．

・非閉塞性無精子症に対するhCGやr-hFSHを用いた治療法は標準治療として確立されておらず，自費診療になるため十分なインフォームド・コンセントが必要となる．
