▶ポイント

・PI-RADSはすべての前立腺癌ではなく，臨床上有意癌の検出を目的とする．

・辺縁領域は拡散強調画像とADCマップ，移行領域はT2強調画像で主に評価を行う．

・過形成結節や前立腺炎の早期濃染を有意の造影効果とみなさない．

・Bi-parametric MRIは3テスラMRIがあり経験豊かな放射線科医のいる施設にて実施する．
