▶ポイント

・Focal therapy（FT）は，癌制御とQOL維持とを両立する新たな治療戦略の柱となる．

・Expertが薬事承認・保険収載に向けて臨床試験を実施している段階にある．

・FTを成功裏に受けた患者では，臨床的にactive surveillance（AS）下の状況より良好な状況にdown stageしている可能性がある．
