拡大切除術の意義と適応

▶ポイント

・非転移性超高リスク前立腺癌（VHRPCa）/局所進行前立腺癌は70〜80％に被膜外進展を来しており，multimodal treatmentの1つとしての拡大前立腺全摘除術が考慮される．

・VHRPCa/局所進行前立腺癌であっても，拡大摘除することで50〜70％の症例でSpecimen-confinedに摘除可能である．

・eRALPの主なメリットは，①優れた局所コントロール，②正確な病理診断，③過剰治療の回避の3つである．
