▶ポイント

・小線源治療（LDR）は，尿失禁忌避，性機能温存，短期入院などを希望する症例に勧められる．

・LDRは，著明な前立腺肥大症（BPH）を有したり，IPSS高値など排尿症状の悪い症例には勧められない．

・LDRを勧めるにあたり，晩期有害事象，リスク分類などについて十分な説明や検討が必要である．
