前立腺肥大症を伴う尿失禁

▶ポイント

・前立腺肥大症（BPH）は，排尿症状だけでなくしばしば過活動膀胱（OAB）症状を伴うことがある．

・BPHに伴うOABにおいて，初期治療としてα₁受容体遮断薬を中心とした薬物治療が推奨される．

・初期治療後に持続するOAB症状に対しては，併用薬物療法や手術療法を検討すべきである．
