前立腺肥大症手術後の切迫性尿失禁

▶ポイント

・前立腺肥大症（BPH）手術後の切迫性尿失禁は，少なくても約10％の頻度で認められ，経過とともに徐々に減少する．

・頻度は，術式によって異なる可能性がある．

・治療として行動療法，抗コリン薬やβ₃作動薬による薬物療法，経尿道的A型ボツリヌス毒素膀胱壁内注入療法，仙骨神経刺激療法などがある．
