▶ポイント

・フレイル高齢者の尿失禁有症率は高い．

・泌尿器科学的アプローチのみならず，フレイルを含む高齢者総合的機能を考慮した多面的アプローチが必要である．

・過活動膀胱（OAB）薬物療法において，明らかな認知機能障害を有する高齢者，他疾患に対して抗コリン作用を有する薬剤を服用している高齢者および男性患者ではβ₃作動薬を優先して処方する．
