▶ポイント

・慢性腎臓病（CKD）の評価に用いられる推算糸球体濾過量（eGFR）とアルブミン尿の両者は，尿路系癌のリスク因子となる．

・CKDと尿路系癌に共通したリスク因子が存在することと，CKDの状態が発がんを促進するという2つの原因によって，CKD患者で尿路系癌が増加すると考えられる．

・腎癌手術後のCKDに対して，泌尿器科と腎臓内科で協力して治療を行うことが重要である．
