▶ポイント

・ピペラシリン/タゾバクタム（PIPC/TAZ）は，抗緑膿菌活性をもつPIPCとβラクタマーゼ阻害薬であるTAZの配合剤であり，抗菌スペクトラムは広い．そのため，原因菌に応じてde-escalationが必要である．

・基質特異性拡張型βラクタマーゼ（ESBL）産生菌の治療には推奨されない．

・肝・腎機能障害と併用薬剤との相互作用に注意する．
