▶ポイント

・メチシリン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌（MRSA）尿路感染症の治療が必要かどうかを慎重に判断する．

・尿中からMRSAが検出された場合には，尿路以外の感染巣の精査も必要である．

・MRSA尿路感染症治療の第一選択薬は塩酸バンコマイシン（VCM）であるが，患者状態や培養結果より他の抗MRSA薬も考慮し，可能な限り単剤で使用する．
