▶ポイント

・過活動膀胱（OAB）の初期診療においては，問診と各種検査を用いて他疾患の鑑別と適切な診断を行い，複数ありうる病因を探究していくことが重要である．

・患者の目標を確認・設定したうえで，各種治療を行う．

・行動療法は多職種連携で行い，薬物療法においてはその特徴を理解し，増量・変更や併用療法を駆使する．
