▶ポイント

・腹圧性尿失禁（SUI）は，運動時やくしゃみ，咳の際に不随意に尿が漏れる愁訴であり，活動期の女性のQOLを害する．

・行動療法としては，減量，骨盤底筋体操がエビデンスレベルが高く，推奨される．

・手術療法はさまざまな方法があるが，標準術式とされている中部尿道スリング術（TVT/TOT法）は安全性・有効性が高い．合併症は頻度は低いが，術前の十分な説明が必要である．
