▶ポイント

・メッシュグラフトを用いた術式は，効果は高いが，メッシュによる重篤な合併症の可能性もある．

・必要かつ十分な手術治療を目指すためには，メッシュを用いない術式を基本として考える．

・腟式腹腔鏡手術や，新たに保険収載されたメッシュを使用しない腹腔鏡術式の今後の普及が期待される．
