放射線性膀胱炎

代表的主訴

●肉眼的血尿．

●尿閉（膀胱タンポナーデ）．

●膀胱刺激症状（排尿時痛，頻尿，残尿感）．

Point
◉放射線性膀胱炎は膀胱癌との鑑別が困難なこともあり，尿細胞診や経尿道的膀胱生検が診断に重要になる．
◉放射線性膀胱炎による血尿に対しては，地固め療法としての高気圧酸素治療が有効である．
