代表的主訴

●健康診断の超音波検査にて腎腫瘍を指摘された．

●肉眼的血尿を認める．

Point
◉偶発的に診断される小径腎腫瘍が近年増加しており，腎癌と腎良性腫瘍の鑑別が重要である．
◉腎癌に対する根治手術として腎部分切除と根治的腎摘除があり，腫瘍径や深達度，腫瘍の解剖学的位置を考慮した適切な術式選択が求められる．
