代表的主訴

●腎盂癌・尿管癌の診断時の主訴としては，肉眼的血尿が多い．

●術後の転移病巣はかなり増大するまでは無症候であり，定期的な画像検査で診断されることが多い．

Point
◉腎盂癌・尿管癌は診断時すでに進行している症例が多く，術後に他臓器転移を来すことは少なくない．
◉標準治療はプラチナ製剤を含んだ化学療法だが，単腎のため腎機能不全症例が多く注意を要する．
