代表的主訴

●肉眼的血尿．

●排尿時痛，頻尿などの下部尿路症状．

Point
◉術前化学療法を優先し，奏効例では膀胱全摘後の予後改善が期待できる．
◉シスプラチンを含む化学療法レジメンを選択すべきだが，PSの悪い症例，腎機能低下症例も少なくない．
