代表的主訴

●左鼠径部周囲に鈍痛がある．

●男性不妊症の可能性を指摘されている．

Point
◉主訴が左鼠径部痛の場合，疼痛の原因が腰椎椎間板ヘルニアによる神経性疼痛の症例にもしばしば遭遇する．既往歴の聴取も重要である．
◉晩婚化により不妊症患者の年齢層が上昇している．早めに生殖医療専門医（泌尿器科）に相談することが肝要である．
