代表的主訴

●肉眼的血尿．

●下腹部痛．

Point
◉骨盤骨折患者に肉眼的血尿が認められる場合，膀胱損傷を疑う．
◉膀胱損傷が疑われる場合は，ただちに膀胱造影もしくはCT膀胱造影を行う．
◉会陰，大腿部，腹腔内に尿溢流が認められる場合は，外科的な修復が必要である．
