●陰囊痛と陰囊腫脹．

●腹痛．

Point
◉急性陰囊症とは，突然に陰囊内容の自発痛や圧痛，陰囊腫脹を呈する病態をいい，精巣捻転，精巣上体炎，精巣垂や精巣上体垂の捻転などがある．
◉精巣捻転は外傷で起こることもあるが，多くは思春期の睡眠中に発症する．
◉精巣捻転が長時間続くと精巣への血流が遮断され，壊死に陥る．発症から数時間以内に解除されることが望ましい．
