▶ポイント

・自排尿での尿路管理が困難な際の第一選択は清潔間欠導尿であり，回復期には留置カテーテルからの移行も考慮する．

・親水性コーティングされた単回使用型カテーテルは，ほかのカテーテルと比較して尿路感染症のリスクが低い．

・間欠式バルーンカテーテルの導入に際しては，操作法とともに長時間留置しないよう適切な指導を必要とする．
