▶ポイント

・個々の患者における尿失禁防止術の適応は，慎重に決めなければならない．

・個々の患者において，どのような尿失禁防止術が最適かを決定する際には，すでに報告されてきた治療法のエビデンスレベルが低いため，統一性のない結果をわれわれが自ら解釈しなければいけない．

・膀胱流出路に対する膀胱頸部再建術は，小児泌尿器科領域のなかでも最も難しく専門性を試される術式である．
