▶ポイント

・神経因性大腸を有する患者にとって，洗腸は効果的な排便管理方法である．

・順行性洗腸は手術を要するものの，患者自立支援につながり，満足度の高い排便管理方法である．

・便失禁は尿失禁と同等以上に患者QOLを低下させるため，排尿だけでなく排便についても注意を払い，管理すべきである．
