▶ポイント

・腎盂・尿管癌は高頻度変異，TP53，MDM2，RAS，FGFR3の変異の有無により5つの分子病型に分類可能である．

・それぞれの病型は予後，病理学的特徴と相関し，それぞれの分子学的特徴に応じた治療選択が可能となる．

・尿沈渣中の遺伝子変異の検出により高精度の診断，病型分類が可能となる．
