▶ポイント
・腎盂・尿管癌に対して5-アミノレブリン酸(ALA)による光力学診断(PDD)で診断精度の向上が期待される.
・ALA-PDDによる腫瘍可視化技術により,早期診断により適切な時期に治療介入が可能となる.
・ALA-PDDを用いたレーザー治療については,今後の臨床研究の結果が期待される.
