▶ポイント

・小児泌尿器科領域の手術のなかで，尿道下裂は最も高度の縫合技術を要すると考えられている．

・しかし，工程はデザイン→切開→剝離→止血→縫合という一般的な手術の基本操作の積み重ねである．

・使用する手術器具と縫合資材の説明に加えて，筆者が行っている尿道下裂の手術技術について縫合手技を中心に解説した．
