▶ポイント

・内シャント（AVF）手術が成功するか否かは，術前の評価と準備でほとんど決まる．

・AVFの吻合は，側側吻合・端側吻合・端端吻合の3パターンに分けられるが，ガイドラインでは側側吻合（機能的端側吻合）が推奨されている．

・AVFの手術手技は，確固たるエビデンスが少なくバリエーションが多いが，術者の一番習熟している方法で行うのがベターと考える．
