▶ポイント

・欧米の比較試験で寡分割照射の通常分割照射に対する非劣性が証明された．

・本邦でも多施設共同第Ⅱ相試験により，寡分割照射の安全性と有効性が確認された．

・IMRTとIGRTを利用した寡分割照射が治療選択肢のひとつとなった．
