▶ポイント
・高線量率組織内照射(HDR)は,小線源治療特有の線量集中性と1回大線量の超寡分割照射の2つの特性を併せもつ.
・HDRブーストでは外照射の前後にHDR 15Gy/1回が,HDR単独療法では27Gy/2回(2回刺入)が標準的な線量分割となりつつある.
