▶ポイント

・骨転移に対する定位放射線治療の適応は，オリゴ骨転移，有痛性骨転移，転移性脊髄圧迫の3つである．

・いずれの対象においても有望な成績が示されており，期待された治療法である．

・ただし，標準治療と直接比較したデータがない，もしくは第Ⅲ相試験で相反した結果が得られているため，絶対的な標準治療ではない．
