▶ポイント
・骨転移に対する定位放射線治療の適応は,オリゴ骨転移,有痛性骨転移,転移性脊髄圧迫の3つである.
・いずれの対象においても有望な成績が示されており,期待された治療法である.
・ただし,標準治療と直接比較したデータがない,もしくは第Ⅲ相試験で相反した結果が得られているため,絶対的な標準治療ではない.
