腎細胞癌に対する定位放射線治療

▶ポイント

・腎細胞癌は頻度の高い癌の1つである．一般的な標準治療は手術的切除であるが，高齢者や合併症により手術が困難な症例も多く，また片腎症例での残腎切除は慢性的な腎機能障害を来す．

・体幹部定位放射線治療は，高い局所制御が低侵襲で得られる治療法として汎用されており，腎癌に対しても高い局所制御が安全に得られることが多く報告されている．

・本稿では，腎細胞癌に対する定位放射線治療の方法と成績を論じる．
