▶ポイント

・機器の準備や止血操作の慣れ，術中に経尿道的前立腺切除術（TURP）への切り替えが容易な点などから経尿道的バイポーラ前立腺核出術（TUEB）は導入しやすい手術である．

・細目に止血をし，クリアな視野で核出を行う．

・6時方向の剝離は膀胱背側への穿孔のリスクがあるため5時方向を目標とし，頸部に到達したら6時方向へ力を加えるようにして剝離する．
