▶ポイント

・経尿道的前立腺切除術（TURP），光選択的前立腺レーザー蒸散術（PVP），ツリウムレーザー前立腺核出術（ThuLEP）の単施設での術後成績には比較的長期（10〜12年）の報告がある．

・TURPとのランダム化比較試験（RCT）で5〜7年の比較的長期の比較試験があるのは，ホルミウムレーザー前立腺核出術（HoLEP）とPVPのみである．

・新規レーザー手術の成績では，使用機器の出力などの違いによって成績が異なる可能性があり，評価に注意が必要である．
