▶ポイント

・先天性水腎症に対するファーストタッチとしては，水腎症の程度とともに尿管・膀胱の状態について超音波検査にて評価する．

・尿管拡張や膀胱の異常などを伴う際には腎盂尿管移行部通過障害以外の疾患も念頭に置き，精査を進める必要がある．

・腎盂尿管移行部通過障害と診断された場合には，自然消失の可能性を念頭に置きながら超音波検査と核医学検査を併用しフォローする．
