持続勃起症―持続勃起症に対するファーストタッチ

▶ポイント

・持続勃起症は性的刺激がなく勃起状態が持続する病態であり，大きく虚血性・非虚血性に分類される．

・4時間以上持続する虚血性持続勃起症に対しては緊急処置が必要である．

・診断には超音波検査や陰茎海綿体の血液ガス分析などが必要なこともあるため，早急に小児泌尿器科医への紹介が必要である．
