▶ポイント

・停留精巣に対するファーストタッチは，十分な触診による精巣の触知である．精巣を触知できるか，できないのか？　その点から大きく治療・検査方針が変わるため，触知できうる精巣をしっかり触知することが重要である．

・精巣が触知できない場合，①生下時は触知できたのか，②家族が触知したことはあるのか，③定期健診で指摘はされていたのかを確認する．この状態により検査の方針が大きく異なる．

・非触知精巣の問題点と診断意義を説明し，手術的確認も必要であることを理解してもらう必要がある．
