▶ポイント

・精巣捻転症は，診断・治療の遅れが精巣の喪失につながる緊急性の高い疾患である．

・急性陰囊症の迅速な診断・治療のためには，ファーストタッチとして正確な問診，身体診察，検査が要求される．

・精巣温存のためには，早期診断・治療のみならず発症後の早期受診を促す啓発も重要である．
