陰囊内出血―陰囊内出血に対するファーストタッチ

▶ポイント

・陰囊内出血は超音波検査所見であり，主訴は陰囊腫脹，陰囊皮膚色調変化，陰囊痛のため精巣捻転を念頭に置いて診察を行う．

・新生児の陰囊内血腫は，副腎出血を鑑別診断に入れて腹部超音波検査を必ず施行する．

・精巣外傷による精巣破裂に対しては早期手術を施行する．精巣捻転の5％は精巣外傷に起因にすることを覚えておく．
