▶ポイント

・「WHO分類2022」により副腎皮質・髄質病変の新しい病型分類とterminology，また各疾患での病理学的評価方法の変更点が示された．

・原発性アルドステロン症の病理診断において，CYP11B2免疫染色の重要性が明示された．

・副腎悪性腫瘍である副腎皮質癌や褐色細胞に関し，これまでの病理診断基準や転移・再発予測に関する評価方法が見直された．
