▶ポイント

・副腎はIVR（interventional radiology）が介入しにくい臓器の1つであったが，近年，悪性腫瘍や機能性副腎腺腫に対するアブレーション治療が脚光を浴びている．

・アブレーション治療には，化学アブレーションのエタノール注入療法やエネルギー・アブレーションのラジオ波焼灼術（RFA）やマイクロウエーブ凝固療法，凍結療法がある．
